Dr. Robert Olan is a board eligible dental specialist of Periodontology, and practicing Periodontics and Dental Implantology since 1991. He graduated with Dr. Howard Winter, from SUNY at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine with honors, and received his certificate in Periodontics from New York University- College of Dentistry.
Dr. Olan is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Queens County Dental Society where he is on the board of trustees and participates with the Peer Review Process where he consults as an expert in Periodontics and Dental Implantology. Dr. Olan continues to advance his knowledge in Dental Implants and Periodontics by taking continuing education courses from dentistry’s top practitioners.
Dr. Olan is a caring soft spoken individual, taking an innovative approach, caring and impacting the lives of his patients.
Dr. Olan, together with his wife Lorrie, have three wonderful daughters, Gena, Randi, and Abby.
Meirav was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. During her senior year in high school she knew what career path she would follow. Helping people is her passion. While in the Dental Hygiene program at New York City College of Technology, Meirav managed to get married and have two wonderful children. The extra time in school helped her get a better understanding and clinical experience of dental hygiene. Meirav graduated in 2012 and lives in Queens with her family.
Ardyth began her career in dentistry in 1977 as a dental assistant. After deciding to continue her education, she attended SUNY Farmingdale where she graduated in 1983 with an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene. She is married with 6 children, and just recently became a grandmother for the first time. When not working, Ardyth enjoys running, traveling to the Caribbean, being part of a bowling league and going to casinos.
Stephanie joined our ranks in 2012 and has been a certified Dental Assistant for the past 14 years. Outside of her work, she enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and spending quality time with her family and friends. What makes Stephanie a special assistant is the care she gives our patients. She goes out of her way to bring happiness to the people who deeply impact her on a daily basis.
Alex has been a dental assistant at Lake Success Dental Group since 2012, and prior to that, she served as a medical assistant for three years. While fluent in Spanish, Alex loves to dance salsa and cook Columbian style food. She loves spending time with her two adorable children.
Anny has been a dental assistant for the last 18 years, having worked at our location for the last decade. She is the proud mother of two daughters, and her interests are varied. She loves to exercise, especially kickboxing, and is also a very talented hairstylist. She is very organized and helps keep our front desk and operatories running efficiently.
Susan began her career in marketing and sales, only moving to the dental world recently. She has worked for Lake Success Dental Group a little more than a year, and is married with two children. She enjoys exercise, reading novels, and cooking ethnic dishes. She looks forward to greeting patients at the front desk, both current and new.

Jen has been in the dental field since 1987. Almost 18 years later, Jen is working in the same position at the same practice. Jen finds the relationships she has forged with our different patients most compelling. Watching patients grow up and navigate through life is what Jen finds most rewarding about her job. Jen lives in Nassau County with her husband and two children. She enjoys weekends by her pool and being surrounded by family and friends. For Jen, dentistry goes far beyond people's teeth. It's the person she knows and has learned to care for over the years, which is what she does best. She cares!
Alyssa has been working in dentistry for more than 20 years. She has been handling patient accounts for Dr. Winter since 1990. Alyssa enjoys meeting the varied patients in our practice. She is an avid reader in her spare time, and enjoys cycling and walking. She has three wonderful daughters and lives on Long Island with none other than her husband, Dr. Winter!
Dr. Diamond graduated with honors from Touro College and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from SUNY at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a two year General Practice Residency at Stony Brook, including one year as Chief Resident.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Diamond enjoys trying new things. He is a certified scuba diver, has gone skydiving, and has attended trapeze school. He also loves to travel. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and currently resides on the south shore of Long Island with his wife, Aliza.
Dr. Howard Winter maintains an aesthetically focused restorative practice in Nassau County, New York. He is a graduate of Yeshiva University and the SUNY at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, with honors. After completing a general practice residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital, Dr. Winter established his practice in Queens in 1992.
Dr. Winter’s passion for dentistry is based on the impact he has had on the lives of his patients. He has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education. He is a lifelong student, learning from some of dentistry's best teachers. Dr. Winter is Invisalign certified (www.invisalign.com). Most recently, he has completed advanced training for oral treatment of sleep apnea, myofacial pain (TMJ) and occlusal disease.
Dr. Winter’s philosophy of practice was most influenced by his completion of the Continuum courses at the world-renowned Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education (www.pankey.org).
Dr. Winter is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, the Nassau County Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also an active member of multiple New York Study Groups committed to excellence and continuing education. Dr. Winter, together with his wife, Alyssa, have three wonderful daughters, Lauren, Kara, and Alexandra.
